The worst company ever. I purchased the ticket on their website. 10 days after I was curious about the travelling and sent them an email asking if the bus is still going on that certain time that I purchased for. They answered that the bus was cancelled. Moreover, they did not send me any notification about cancellation and on the website it says that the bus was full (NOT CANCELLED). When I asked when was the bus cancelled ,they answered it was 10 days before, so one day after I purchased the ticket. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
