Broken machine. The “warranty” is useless since no free repair (shipping for repair is pretty expensive) or exchange was offered. Watch never worked correctly since first try.Customer service denied return at first until I had to insist on their return policy. 2nd time I called to inquire my reimbursement they barely let me explain my reason for the call and almost reissued a second return label to dismiss my call quickly. 3rd time, Customer service hang up on me because they had to restart their computer but told me the reimbursement was coming soon, never did…4th time they joked I probably received the wrong model watch and that’s why they couldn’t find it at the warehouse and that I have to wait even longer for them to find it even though the processing time is long past due. They’ve been dismissive, defensive, seemed lost and unprofessional. I swear I’m not a Karen, if anything I’m shy and hate doing this since English is not my native tongue. I’m just disappointed because this was meant to be a Christmas present. My return package shows successfully delivered long ago but no refund has been issued yet. It’s been 2 months since I purchased it.
