I bought a new watch, the EVO 2. It ran slow. First I was told to replace the battery. After that didn't work I had to send it at my expense to the repair center for warranty. It came back still running slow. I hope I succeed in getting a refund, but they don't even have a US contact number.

I bought a Mondaine watch from their online store because I thought I could trust Swiss workmanship and service. The watch STOPPED working after only 4 months!! Mondaine claims they will contact you within 48 hours - I have NEVER heard from them! They have the audacity to charge to have the watch repaired despite a 2 year warranty. For the price of this watch, it is NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT BUY A MONDAINE WATCH!
I ordered my watch it arrived and the hands are not moving.It arrived 10 days ago and it i read their terms and condition’s correctly I have until day 14 to get this resolved.I have applied for a refund and received no reply.I have been emailing on a daily basis with no reply.Appalling customer service.Do not buy a watch from them
I can not recommend this watch - unless you want to spend $600 on a paperweight. I purchased a Mondaine watch with a Milanese band and was very excited to wear it. After one month of wearing it, the band broke at the clasp. (Chalk that up to poor design.) After a full MONTH of no support or offer of replacement, I have to assume that's because Mondaine gets so many returns that it's unaffordable for them to make things right (or they’re just cheap - but neither is good. Stand by your product, Mondaine!) Anyway, I have to believe this is an inferior watch. (I also haven’t mentioned that the “Evo” aka constant motion watch stops after one day of not wearing it.) If that's the case, potential watch buyers should steer away from Mondaine. I’d love for them to prove me wrong; but I am not expecting anything after a month of hearing, “I’ll let you know what ‘my team’ says.” It’s a watch band. If it breaks, replace it.
I bought a Mondaine because I liked the design. It stopped working after 6 months so got a service and new battery. It stopped working after 6 months again. Another new battery. It stopped after 2 months. What a joke. Ive now crushed it with a hammer to make me feel better and thrown it in the bin. A totally useless product and a rip off.
Broken machine. The “warranty” is useless since no free repair (shipping for repair is pretty expensive) or exchange was offered. Watch never worked correctly since first try.Customer service denied return at first until I had to insist on their return policy. 2nd time I called to inquire my reimbursement they barely let me explain my reason for the call and almost reissued a second return label to dismiss my call quickly. 3rd time, Customer service hang up on me because they had to restart their computer but told me the reimbursement was coming soon, never did…4th time they joked I probably received the wrong model watch and that’s why they couldn’t find it at the warehouse and that I have to wait even longer for them to find it even though the processing time is long past due. They’ve been dismissive, defensive, seemed lost and unprofessional. I swear I’m not a Karen, if anything I’m shy and hate doing this since English is not my native tongue. I’m just disappointed because this was meant to be a Christmas present. My return package shows successfully delivered long ago but no refund has been issued yet. It’s been 2 months since I purchased it.
Absolutely rubbish customer service. Love the watches but if there is no Custer service, it's pointless. Casio has way better service than Mondaine. Shameful. Wrote in a number of times with zero reply. Needed help in getting seals changed.
Bought a Evo2 last year, this week it stopped working, I contacted a Mondaine service centre where they me to send the watch in, I have done so and I am now being told to pay them £172 to fix the movement as it is out of warrenty due to wear and tear to the strap. They are telling me they won't fix it because I have worn it.Would never buy a Mondaine again, poor build quaility and shocking post sales support. Style over substance!
