The fireplace I purchased is excellent, and the customer service is truly remarkable. I misplaced the mounting hardware for the fireplace I bought two years ago. I contacted the support team, and they sent a replacement at no cost. They continued to follow up until I confirmed that the fireplace was successfully mounted.
Purchased a mondawe shower system a couple of years ago. So far the product has been great but recently experienced a defect in one component. while outside of the warranty period, customer service has been very responsive and are working with me right now to get the issue resolved successfully! Based on my experience so far, I have no concerns! Would buy the products again and appreciate the responsive service!
Hands down the best customer service experience you could ever imagine. I broke the shower knob and needed a replacement. I thought it would be a nightmare but their support team was Johnny on the spot. I didn’t get some automated BS. I spoke with a rep, they took my call, found the part and shipped it to me ALL FOR FREE. I was mind blown. I will ONLY buy from them moving forward m!
