While searching for a rose named Nancy to honor a dear friend who passed away, I discovered that a specific nursery was the only one in the country with it available. They kindly reserved two for me—one for myself and another for my friend's daughter. The roses arrived in excellent condition; I was notified about their dispatch, and they arrived the next day. One rose had many buds, some just beginning to bloom, which I gifted to her daughter. The other rose is also budding, and I look forward to seeing it fully bloom. The packaging was flawless, and I am very satisfied with the remarkable service and the superb quality of these lovely roses.

The customer service was exceptional, and the range of plants was impressive. The staff was very helpful, even adding a plant I had missed to my order. It would be great to have a direct option to add items from the wishlist to the basket! Make sure to double-check your order to avoid any issues for both you and the team. The plants arrived quickly and safely via a reliable courier, and the seller ensured that delivery instructions were carefully followed. They even quality-checked the plants before dispatch. The seller responded to my queries with helpful advice. My only minor issue was that one plant arrived quite dry, possibly because it was freshly lifted. I would definitely use their service again for the great experience and the wide variety of plants, including unique ones that are hard to find elsewhere.
I was searching for a rose called Nancy in memory of a dear friend who passed away, and I found that a specific nursery was the only one in the country that had it in stock. They reserved two for me—one for myself and one for my friend's daughter. The roses arrived in excellent condition; I was informed of the dispatch date, and they were delivered the next day. I purchased an expensive piece of wall art, but when it arrived, it was covered in cobwebs and bird droppings and was bent. I contacted the seller, and their response was to simply clean it off myself! I provided photos showing its condition upon arrival. While they offered a refund, I would have to pay for the return postage. Since it was a gift and part of it involved a voucher, I was reluctant to spend more money with them. My partner and I spent considerable time cleaning it to restore its condition. I expect items to arrive in pristine condition without needing such effort.
I received a disappointing philadelphus plant that was misrepresented on the website as a potted plant in a 5L pot, but it turned out to be a bare-rooted plant recently placed in a small pot with no root development. The £40 charge, including postage, felt like a scam. Customer service was terrible when I requested a refund; they accused me of bullying when I mentioned contacting trading standards. Eventually, they refunded me but required me to return the plant, leaving me £8 out of pocket. There are many better plant suppliers in the area. I would advise gardeners to steer clear of this nursery for quality plants at reasonable prices.
I bought six plants, but four were completely dead within a few months, and one required over 50% of its branches to be removed due to disease. The two holly plants also died from disease, which spread to others in my garden. I raised concerns about the condition of the plants upon arrival, but they made it very difficult to obtain a refund. I tried to salvage the plants, but most perished shortly after. Please avoid this business as they seem uninterested in providing quality products and are more focused on making a sale. Their customer service response was dismissive, and they accused unhappy customers of harassment instead of addressing the issues.
We have visited twice in the past two months. The staff were polite and helpful, and the cafe offered delicious food. Admittedly, many plants and flowers were nearing the end of their season during our last visit, but many remained in good condition. Some pots had a few weeds, but that just shows they are established and easy to remove. They offer an excellent range of reasonably priced plants, and the alphabetical organization makes finding items simple. We prefer shopping here over the pricey garden centers nearby.
We used to enjoy this place and visited several times a year for coffee, lunch, and plant purchases. However, after last week's visit, I bought a plant that was in bud, so I couldn't see its color. When it bloomed, it was the wrong color and incorrectly labeled. I contacted the seller expecting them to send the correct plant or at least offer a refund. Instead, they only offered for me to return it, which would require a 40-mile round trip for a £9.99 plant. This is not environmentally friendly and not good for customers. Mistakes happen, but this could have been resolved much better. Their insistence on a return was disappointing, and I've had issues with mislabeled plants before. They have lost our business over this.
