Steer clear of this company. Their practices are very misleading, and they refuse to issue refunds! We wanted to use this service for our small business, but after 81 days, we realized it was more than we needed. (We had been traveling during the holidays.) I paid for a full year and simply asked for the remainder to be refunded. It seemed like a reasonable request. Instead of help, they pointed me to their "legal statement," which states that after 30 days, they WILL NOT refund any money. I question any company that holds customers hostage and won’t refund for services not rendered. Terrible business practices, and you will NEVER speak to a human. Support is only via email or text. Don’t be deceived like we were. Avoid this service!
