Avoid This Service at All Costs!

Avoid this service at all costs! They engage in misleading practices and WILL NOT issue refunds! We aimed to use the platform for our small business, but after 81 days, we found it was more than we needed. (We had been traveling during the holidays.) I paid for an entire year and simply asked for a refund for the remaining time. This seemed like a standard business request. Instead of assistance, they directed me to their "legal statement," which states that after 30 days, they WILL NOT refund any money. I doubt the integrity of any company that traps customers and refuses refunds for services not provided. Their business practices are terrible, and you will NEVER be able to speak to a real person. Communication is solely through email or text support. Don’t fall for their tactics like we did. Stay away from this service!

Steer Clear of This Company

Steer clear of this company. Their practices are very misleading, and they refuse to issue refunds! We wanted to use this service for our small business, but after 81 days, we realized it was more than we needed. (We had been traveling during the holidays.) I paid for a full year and simply asked for the remainder to be refunded. It seemed like a reasonable request. Instead of help, they pointed me to their "legal statement," which states that after 30 days, they WILL NOT refund any money. I question any company that holds customers hostage and won’t refund for services not rendered. Terrible business practices, and you will NEVER speak to a human. Support is only via email or text. Don’t be deceived like we were. Avoid this service!

Watch Out for Automatic Renewals

The service auto-renews without any email notification. By the time I noticed the charge, I was unable to get a refund as I had passed the 30-day window. This feels like a scam.

Constantly Blocked by Company Policy

We used this service for project management until we switched to another tool due to numerous limitations we encountered. After canceling our yearly subscription, we received a message that every employee must see daily: "Your plan's renewal has been canceled, and you will be blocked on May 8, 2026." Customer support told me the only solution would be to reverse the cancellation. This only confirms our decision to leave after some initially promising years.

Misleading Subscription Experience

After a two-week trial, I subscribed to the Basic Plan expecting the same features I tested. Immediately after payment, key functionalities were removed, and I was prompted to upgrade to the much pricier Pro Plan to regain access. Since the Pro Plan was beyond my budget, I requested an immediate cancellation. Despite not using the service, customer support denied a full refund and kept part of the initial month's payment, citing company policy. This experience felt deceptive and disappointing. I would not recommend this service to small or budget-conscious businesses.

Misleading 'Free Forever' Claim

I signed up because it advertised as "free forever, no card required," but after a week, I was locked out unless I paid. This is completely misleading.

Beware of Sneaky Upgrade Charges

There’s a sneaky auto-upgrade feature. If you invite an extra person and the notification isn’t correct, they automatically upgrade you and charge £1000. It caught me off guard, and if you don’t notice the bill within 30 days, they won’t refund. I had a long discussion with the team, but they seemed oblivious to the concept of pro-rata. I was charged around £1k, with half the time unused, and they offered me only £46. This is not how pro-rata works!

Expensive and Lacking Development

Communication from the team is absolutely appalling. There’s a lack of development in key areas (seriously, check their forum; basic requests from 2019 remain unmet) and overall, it’s quite disappointing in terms of service! The pricing is outrageous, as you WILL need to pay extra for third-party apps to accomplish basic tasks. If a feature can be provided by a third party, they won’t develop it in-house and will constantly suggest you buy additional apps. Their focus seems to be solely on AI and poorly implemented apps. They have a software called Vibe for building apps, but it can’t be relied upon due to inconsistent data. There’s a clear pattern in the reviews here, and I am very disappointed.

The tool functions well and is easy to manage, but the pricing is hard to justify. Many essential admin controls and advanced features are restricted to higher plans, making it feel limiting.
