Beware of Sneaky Upgrade Charges

There’s a sneaky auto-upgrade feature. If you invite an extra person and the notification isn’t correct, they automatically upgrade you and charge £1000. It caught me off guard, and if you don’t notice the bill within 30 days, they won’t refund. I had a long discussion with the team, but they seemed oblivious to the concept of pro-rata. I was charged around £1k, with half the time unused, and they offered me only £46. This is not how pro-rata works!
