To be honest, I was initially disappointed to learn that my shipment would take more than 4-8 days to arrive from the store to the door. It was only after I contacted customer service that a wonderful sales representative named Joanna explained to me the reason for the ostensible delay, and patiently assisted me throughout this journey and with all of my inquiries. Of course, in hindsight I learned that the number of days indicated on the website was the processing time. For the sake of brevity and to make this less about logistics, both myself and my s.o. are very happy with the product and company. Even the delivery date came one day sooner than expected thanks to text updates from the carrier and great communication by your team. Moral of story—good things take time.
