Disappointing experience with delayed necklaces

I ordered two necklaces three weeks before Christmas. After several tracking attempts, I finally received a response that they would arrive on December 29th, almost a month later. There was no communication, and now I'm without a gift. I do not recommend.

Extremely slow shipping process

The service is very slow in shipping and uses the slowest method to deliver products. It was unclear that my orders wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. They were placed on December 6th and were still in transit as of the 18th at 10 PM.
