Ordered small chain 23 rd Feb 2025 told 5 to 10 days delivery…..sat in warehouse from the 26 th to 6 th March….tracking a complete disaster…company no help, just the same standard reply. Latest tracker email when used, says parcel not found….don’t know if I’ll ever get it or a refund.
