After waiting 15 days for my package to arrive it was delivered to the wrong address, I have no way of getting it back. Instead of Monday swim trying to help me they sent me a link to the routing insurance to file a claim (the insurance I had to pay for). I can not file a claim yet for 4 more days, so who knows if and when I will receive my ($500) package. I asked them to call FedEx to file a claim to let them know the package was delivered to the wrong address and they refuse. Fed ex will not allow me to file a claim, it has to be the company who shipped. Terrible customer service!!!!!
