I'm a huge fan of this swimwear brand! The quality of their items is unmatched — I've owned some of their bikinis for more than five years, and they still look brand new. Recently, I encountered an issue with one of my purchases, and the customer care team was outstanding. It was truly the quickest and most considerate response I've ever gotten from a company.
The swimwear is fantastic, and the customer support is even more impressive. I purchased several items during a sale and loved all of them, although a few didn't suit my body type. I contacted the support team, and even though refunds weren't typical, they recognized my unique situation and quickly arranged a return with a refund. I felt valued as a customer, and I was so pleased that I decided to order more afterward. Highly recommend giving them a try! Don't miss out!
I'm really let down by the exchange policy as an international customer. I just want to exchange for a different size, but they don't allow exchanges or honor the price I initially paid. I was referred by a friend and got a discount, but customer service seemed uninterested and unhelpful. To get a different size, I would need to refund the item and lose money due to fees, then reorder at a higher price. It's absurd just to get the same item in a different size. I'm very disappointed because I love the products but won’t order again.

Horrific experience, from the quality of the swimwear to the total lack of customer service. You can only reach them via email. The swimwear lacks lining and runs extremely small, despite the size guide. Save your money and shop elsewhere in person.
