Customer service leaves much to be desired. I received the incorrect item (a top instead of the bottoms), and by the time I contacted them, the correct size was sold out. They didn't offer any discounts or expedited shipping options. This isn't my first experience with their poor service. They make substantial profits but can't even provide a solution when the error is on their side? Very disappointing.
