The customer service is extremely lacking. I received the wrong item (a top instead of the bottoms), and by the time I reached out, the correct ones were sold out. They didn’t offer any discounts or expedited shipping options. This isn't my first issue with their service. They generate a lot of revenue but can't even rectify their mistakes? Very disappointing.
