I think the flower shop forgot about the order. After multiple follow-ups and emails, I was able to push for delivery the next day, despite having ordered it for my mother’s birthday.The shop employees were not honest - they claimed they couldn’t reach my mom because she didn’t answer their calls. However, they never called her at all; they only sent a message about a delivery time of 15:00. My mom waited outside in the cold, and eventually the delivery arrived at 16:00.I ordered through your website hoping for a better experience than in the previous two years (when I ordered via a different website), but unfortunately the order was processed by the same shop, Floriss Valdress Blomster. I strongly suggest clearly specifying on your website which flower shop will handle the order, so customers can avoid such situations in the future. Such a frustration!
