Review Time
I sent flowers for the death of a young man. I didn’t know what to select, so I chose florist’s choice in a basket. The recipient told me the flowers were very beautiful. They arrived less than 6 hours after I ordered them from the U.S.
The plant looks very good. But there was no message/card attached with the message that I wrote out to be sent to the recipient. The recipient didn't know who had sent the gift. She said there was a lot of confusion. This is most upsetting. I have used Mondial before and I didn't expect this to happen.
I appreciated the effort to make sure the flowers were delivered to my husband in Argentina. I ordered them from Ireland, the hotel initially refused to accept them because they had no record of his name. It turned out he was registered under their team leaders name.In the end it came down to the wire but Mondial Flowers made sure the bouquet was there when he arrived back after summiting Aconcagua. We were both very grateful for the time and effort they put into making this happen.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend as a get well gift. There was a one day delay, so the company contacted me to inform me of this delay and to verify if I would still like to move on with my order under these circumstances. I didn’t mind the delay and confirmed I still wanted the order. The bouquet arrived the following day, as planned. I also received an email confirmation. However, when I contacted the recipient, she had not received the bouquet. It had not been delivered to her apartment, but rather was left down in the lobby, and although I had attached the recipient’s telephone, she had not been contacted.
I think the flower shop forgot about the order. After multiple follow-ups and emails, I was able to push for delivery the next day, despite having ordered it for my mother’s birthday.The shop employees were not honest - they claimed they couldn’t reach my mom because she didn’t answer their calls. However, they never called her at all; they only sent a message about a delivery time of 15:00. My mom waited outside in the cold, and eventually the delivery arrived at 16:00.I ordered through your website hoping for a better experience than in the previous two years (when I ordered via a different website), but unfortunately the order was processed by the same shop, Floriss Valdress Blomster. I strongly suggest clearly specifying on your website which flower shop will handle the order, so customers can avoid such situations in the future. Such a frustration!
Order easy to do on line and when required up to a certain point received timely feedback from the custorer service. Up to a point because the delivery had to be done on a Saturday and office are open till 12 and after that i was left in the dark. The main problem was lack of feedback re delivery time (no tracking available) this was a birthday gift for my daughter who lives in a different country. also since i choose the florist choice for a nice plant to deliver i asked to at least get a picture of what i am paying for and what will be delivered but got nothing. in this day and age i find this unaccepatable. But in the end a nice plant was delivered early afternoon, fortunately my daughter had just got home because no one informed her that there was a delivery on the way. In conclusion the ordering process and the products delivered were up to standard, the rest left much to be desired!!
