They sent my package in different city without giving me another options, I have to travel more than hour per side to take my pack and the pick-up point is closing at 18 so I have to take a day off to take my pack.

Very Disappointing Experience

If your parcel is being handled by this service, prepare for trouble. My package was supposed to arrive on the 13th, but it kept showing as out for delivery every day. Now it's the 16th, and when I visited the pickup location, I was told they no longer collaborate with the company. I called again, having reached out since the 14th, only to be told I need to wait five days for an investigation before they can change the pickup point. How is that reasonable? They also lack communication with their drivers, making the experience extremely frustrating.

Disappointing Service Again

First, my package was rerouted to a pickup point much farther away than my original choice (I have mobility issues). When I finally got there, it was closed, despite the posted hours. This has happened multiple times with this service in my area.

Major Delays and Incorrect Deliveries

My transactions are facing major delays, and I received the wrong package mixed up with someone else's item. I don't think this service is capable of managing a large marketplace efficiently. The excessive sorting facilities are prolonging the shipping process. For example, an item I sold has gone through seven facilities in the past 14 days and still hasn't arrived at its destination. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I doubt this service can handle a large marketplace effectively. There are too many sorting facilities involved, causing significant delays.
