Ended up having to do a chargeback with Revolut because they charged me for an annual subscription and then ghosted my many emails to support... Stupidly, I then bought a monthly subscription, but they locked me out of the account so I couldn't use it... Another 50 quid stolen. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT they will ghost you unless you get your bank involved

Unethical Auto-Renewal Practice

I subscribed to rocket reach last year and they have practically doubled and charged my annual subscription for the upcoming year without so much as an email reminder. I now have paid £444 for a service I will not use at all. Awful company who truly do not care a single iota about its customers.

Bad customer support, you pay $561 without noticing

Really dark patterns in the subscriptions. My annual subscription was extended and I paid $561 without a single reminder that it will renew. I contacted them immediately and they said they can do nothing. Be extremely careful with subscriptions.

Predatory business practices

Stealing money from people is part of their business model. They sign you up for auto-renewal and if you don't realize or forget to cancel they will auto-charge you for a year subscription and then refuse to refund you even if you don't use the service. It's predatory and they know it, they rely on it to make money. Don't use this service!
