I've traded in my Samsung S24 with OnePlus for a new OP15. I wish I checked the reviews of the company responsible for the trade ins. My phone looks like new, there was no damage at all. Yet they grade it level C, without any evidence or reason. Then they dare to ask 27€ to send your device back. This is a corrupt company who do nothing but fraud and scam innocent people!
