Their replies are evasive, scripted, and clearly designed to stall. This is not customer service—it’s a calculated attempt to wear down customers and avoid fulfilling their obligations.They operate under the OnePlus checkout flow, but OnePlus disclaims all responsibility. That leaves customers trapped in a system where Mondo Affari takes your device, ignores your rights, and hides behind legal loopholes.In my opinion, this is a bait-and-switch scam:They lure you in with inflated trade-in quotes.They take your device.Then they ghost you or offer a fraction of the value.If you’re considering using Mondo Affari—don’t. If you’ve already sent your device—prepare for a fight. They are not just incompetent. They are actively dishonest.
