Usually when you call any tech support one feels rushed by the agent; however, my experience with Ken was completely the opposite. He took time to listen to my issue, and made sure that he tried everything to fixed it on the spot. Even after once we agreed that it wasn't able to be done on the same day, he kept working on his end and once it was sorted he called me back to confirmed with me that the issue was solved.
