Great service team! I just called Moneris customer service for some questions concerning my account. Sam Zhang is fantastic in assisting me and I am so surprised and happy to have mandarin speaking service. So much easier for me! When I was transferred to Ray Carroll, his service is also excellent! Great team!
Moneris will charge you after you close your account. They charges us for 5 years after we sent back terminals and will refuse to refund you once you find out you were charged for a service they can see you were not using. Highly recommend another merchant service provider.
Update: They did reach out and we settled half way.

As a small business, we don't see the variety of instances a larger one would. Having a Customer Service Representative offer their experienced advice on a questionable online order request, put my mind at ease that I was not upsetting a potential customer. A suspicious email request can go both ways (good & bad) until the balance of questionable points piles up. Having someone to help measure and verify your concerns as appropriate is a relief.
Tim, I think his name was helped me with my new debit machines. After troubleshooting he reached out to his team and comeback with the answer. The new machines didn't have certain transactions allowed with the bank and he fixed it and he really cares about the customer. CAS-7971336 :CRM-00530706
