I could not be more disgusted with Moneris. We had a fraudulent transaction, I contacted Moneris before they even new it happened. Two months later, they called and said they needed to take the money back and it would happen in the next 3 or 4 days. They took the money that night (that was ok) but they also froze our Moneris accounts so that 15K that should have gone into our accounts did not. I was never once told by Moneris that they would be freezing the account AND they also took almost $1000 out of our account for no reason at all. AND NOW THEY'RE STALLING! Do not do business w/ Moneris! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!
