If I could give no stars I would. When we upgraded our terminal because the old one stopped working, the tech never took the old machine with him and we were never informed we had to return it as we were told it was obsolete. Moneris was charging us for the new machine and the old one for months. Once we recognized this we called them immediately and although they admit not taking the machine or sending us a packing slip to send it back was their fault they refused to reimburse the double billing. In addition, when service is needed, they claim service within 24 hours and on three occasions we had to wait multiple days which meant we were unable to serve our customers for several days at a financial loss which they also did not compensate in any way for. Now that we are moving to another company for all of this poor customer service they want to charge a restocking fee of close the $300 with tax! Stay away from them and find another company.
