I topped up my account today and immediately had €10 wiped out by 10 consecutive "inactive account fee" charges, all applied at the exact same time. No warning, no email, nothing.
I contacted support to request a refund but there's no live agent available - just a bot that goes in circles and can't resolve anything.
I want my €10 back. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
