Monese blocked my account for nearly a month unexplained then after several emails and messages explaining that they have left me stranded without a way to function day to day living they kept sending me automated messages I told them my salary was coming at the end of the month several times and I needed to have a answer as soon as possible my efforts were ignored they then decided to close my account on the day I was meant to receive my salary leaving me in a completely horrific situation where I haven’t been able to pay my bills and rent and I’m left with no money and they still haven’t returned the money back to my employer I am extremely furious and they are not responding to my emails just wiped their hands with it
I've been trying to get my personal data deleted from this crooked service since September 2025, for 4 months already. First they did not reply my messages and totally ignored. Now they say they won't delete my data. Do not provide them with any of your personal details!

However, when I tried to make a transfer after reactivation, it failed, and my funds were held. I was then notified that my account is under Compliance review once more. The communication has been slow and inconsistent, and the support team cannot provide clear timelines. This has been a very stressful situation. I do not recommend this bank, as I have been without access to my money for 10 days now, and they seem unconcerned about my bills!
Extremely disappointing experience with this bank. They abruptly closed my account without explanation. The account management application is poorly designed. Transfers are rejected without any chance to retry, which complicates moving funds from my own account. I've been waiting for weeks to get my money back, which I urgently need. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Overall, a very frustrating experience. This is the worst online banking option. Proceed with caution, as it feels like a scam.

This service is not legitimate. They have shut down operations in the UK and are likely to face legal consequences soon. I lost all my money as they closed my business after two years, without allowing me to retrieve my statements. This is criminal behavior! I regret using this service for five years. There are no regulations; they will shut your account when you have funds. It's better to donate your money to those in need than to keep it with them!
