1 start is too generous l was hoping there was a way to put negative rating. This is the worst bank you can deal with. I strongly recommend you do not bank with them, these people are thieves. I had £1840 in my account, they blocked my account later l got an email asking me to send them alternative bank details to Send my money l did so, a week later they sent me an email saying my money has been returned to sender mind you this money was in my savings and l had been saving it for a while. This is atrocious service absolutely disgusting bank. I intend to report to ombudsmen if l don’t get my money back
