Been off work and was unable to make payment, reached out nearly 2 weeks ago 25/3/26 using the email they said to contact.
After sending multiple emails, they send multiple generic emails for security,and I responded each time, to them today 4/4/26 to finally be given a number to contact.
Rang to be told payment is pending and I need to go to the bank, its bank holiday and banks are closed, after explaining this the woman after 22 min call cit me off.
Still no better off. I've requested also complaint process, they've ignored that too.
It seems they are rude, incompetent and just ignore you and refuse to help
