Disappointing Experience with Financing

I was approved for financing for a vehicle, and everything was finalized, but then I received a call stating that it was no longer proceeding due to documents from the dealership. This is a very weak explanation! I will not consider this service again! Everything seemed set until the very last moment. I'm left wondering if this will impact me in the future, even though it's entirely beyond my control.

Deceptive practices and hidden fees

This service is full of deceitful practices and hidden charges. I financed a vehicle for 7,000, but they claim I owe 13,000. I've stopped my payments and am awaiting their retrieval of the car. Legal assistance is now involved. They exploit those who are vulnerable, so I strongly advise against using this service for financing.

Frustrating Experience with Finance and Vehicle Issues

I financed a van and was initially pleased with the payment terms, fully aware of the high interest rate. However, I agreed to multiple vans, but those deals fell through at the last moment. Eventually, I ended up with a van that had higher payments and more mileage, and I had to sign for it digitally without even driving it first. When I picked it up from the garage, it wouldn't start on the first day, leading me to pay extra to claim the warranty. This issue occurred seven times in the first six months, and they refused to cover recovery when it broke down, forcing me to pay for towing back to the garage. As a result, I couldn't work during the repairs, which caused me to fall behind on payments. Now, the van is outside my house, awaiting the finance company to retrieve it, leaving me with a debt of 19k for a vehicle worth at most 7k, after already paying over 2k in payments and additional repair costs.

The sole reason for my 5-star review is due to the representative I interacted with. Her customer service skills are exceptional! After months of trying to set up a payment plan, and struggling with a speech issue that makes phone calls challenging, I found myself without success through email. I was repeatedly advised to call, despite my preference for email correspondence. Eventually, I called with assistance and thankfully connected with her. She listened to my concerns, understood my frustrations, and helped me escalate a complaint. With her manager's support, we got everything back on track. What had been a month-long issue was resolved in just four days, thanks to her amazing communication and flawless customer service! I am incredibly grateful!

Unnecessary concerns despite positive experience

Everything had been going well until recently. I can't shake the feeling that it's psychological, but why am I receiving emails about potential actions for missed payments when I've made every payment on time for the past two years? It makes me consider returning the item and ending this relationship. These emails have been sent monthly for about six months now, which feels strange. I likely won't choose this service again; it seems pointless to address a problem that doesn't exist. In my view, this reflects poor customer service.

Terrible experience with this service

I currently have an official complaint with this service; my advice is to avoid them. The sales process is smooth, but everything afterward is either tedious or nonexistent. Honestly, steering clear would be the best decision you could make regarding this service.

i was made redundant in September

i was made redundant in September, and i have kept them up to date with my situation, i asked if they could extend my contact with them by a few months as i only have till march and may next year with both the cars, i have never missed a payment the whole time i have been with them and this is 4.5 years, i was told no i could not extend and that i could not have a payment holiday, i have spoken to them again and i was pretty much told i was lying, i did a good will payment and they went on to ask how i could do that and not pay in full, i have found the customer services very un helpful and rude to be honest, will not be recommending or using them again
