After months of trying to set up a payment plan, and struggling with a speech issue that makes phone calls challenging, I found myself without success through email. I was repeatedly advised to call, despite my preference for email correspondence. Eventually, I called with assistance and thankfully connected with her. She listened to my concerns, understood my frustrations, and helped me escalate a complaint. With her manager's support, we got everything back on track. What had been a month-long issue was resolved in just four days, thanks to her amazing communication and flawless customer service! I am incredibly grateful!
