i was made redundant in September, and i have kept them up to date with my situation, i asked if they could extend my contact with them by a few months as i only have till march and may next year with both the cars, i have never missed a payment the whole time i have been with them and this is 4.5 years, i was told no i could not extend and that i could not have a payment holiday, i have spoken to them again and i was pretty much told i was lying, i did a good will payment and they went on to ask how i could do that and not pay in full, i have found the customer services very un helpful and rude to be honest, will not be recommending or using them again
