I contacted MCC some 15 months ago who told me they could recover my debt within 5 to 7 weeks, I supplied the with all the relevant information including paperwork from the courts ruling in my favor. having paid £600 for fees I still have not received a penny. My contact was James who was very informative at first but!! after a while would not return calls or E;mails. Over a period of time James informed he had instructed a company called DCBL to recover goods to be sold at auction (which he said they had to the value of between £800 and a £1000) this was 5 months ago and still have not received a penny despite numerous phone calls and E:mails. James also informed me HMRC had gotten involved and a cheque had been drawn up just waiting to be sent, again 5 months down the line and nothing to show. I have recently tried on numerous occasions in vein to contact them by phone & E:mail without reply.IF YOUR THINKING OF USING MCC (DON'T) Along with my now outstanding debt of £6000 plus £600 paid to MCC
