I’ve had an awful experience with Money Claim Collections Group Limited. They were quick to contact me when they wanted the debt, but once I moved forward, they completely disappeared. Despite calling them six times and leaving repeated voicemail messages, I have still had no reply.I regret using them. Total waste of time, and based on my experience, the “excellent” reviews seem questionable.

MCC were on to the debtor company within hours of me submitting the information, they kept up the pressure and payment direct to me, in full arrived.
Honestly been chasing an outstanding debt for years myself wasnt getting anywhere, had literally thought about writing off. My advice is dont, message these guys. We've never experienced not being paid before, we had a bulk order from a client who seemed OK at first, then 12 months on we were told they couldn't pay,I was recommended by another member of my chapter to use MCC and I'm glad I did not only did they recover our money after going legal but also managed to claim some interest aswell, we got paid with costs ,really can't thank them enough. Their no win no fee offer also reassured me.
I sent the customers details and proof of debt in at around 6.30pm and the debt was collected and in my account but 8pm the same evening I cannot complain about the service with MCC every credit to them could not recommend higher
