AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS This is an absolute shambles of a company, they got my company name wrong on the first set of forms served, as well as got the amount wrong, then implied it was my fault, countless emails ignored, phone calls ignored, this service was sold to me as they would get a body worn video of the forms being served then told me oh sorry we used a different company, I was assured this company was market leaders in getting money for their customers, they got me absolutely nothing, apart from more headaches! They addressed me in a correspondence by the name of the person that owes me over £20,000 pounds, then made reference to the property that was stolen as a caravan when in fact it is a trailer. Many many promises made in order to obtain my £600, the service afterwards has been nothing short of shambolic, complaints cant be escalated, a copy of the telephone conversation was requested and has been refused to be supplied, all I asked for was some guidance re getting, my money or completing the bankruptcy procedure which is what was promised and not followed through, nor any guidance assistance given to complete that process.
