It as now been all sorted I just can praise Stewart enough I would recommend him to anyone
Stuart encouraged me to pursue my claim for a used car that was an absolute disaster. I sorted the 'bundle' for the court myself and represented myself in court against the defendants two witnesses and barrister.I won my case and was awarded £6,750.00 of my money back!

SHOCKING FROM START TO FINISH. RINGING ME UP ON THE DAY LETTERS ARE DUE IN COURT RUSHING THEM THROUGH AND NOT GETTING TO COURT IN TIME. I WENT TO COURT AND THAT MORNING FOUND OUT STUART HAD NOT SENT THE RELEVANT PAPERWORK IN FOR ME TO DEFEND MYSELF SO I LOST £48000 HES USELESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CASE STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. HE WILL SAY ITS MY FAULT AS HE ALEAYS DOES BUT JUST LOOK AT LAST REVIEW SAYS IT ALL. MUPPET
This is not a service worth using. I was charged £400 for an A4 letter presented on plain paper along with a brief draft description of the debt owed. I have since found a solicitor service offering the same paperwork on headed paper for an initial fee of £35.00, this is not an exceptional charge. moneyclaimshelp.com provided me with advice based on the debtor obtaining an inheritance but has since retracted doing so. The advice was incorrect. I have requested a full or part refund based on incorrect information and document presentation which highlighted my concern to seek further advice in the first place, by then I had paid my fee. Obviously this has been declined as those in debt management know how the system works and having money returned regardless of the circumstance is a near impossibility. This is an online service making several claims, this does not guarantee a professional service and has only served to extend my financial dilemma. I feel my vulnerability was taken advantage of particularly now as Money Claims Help emailed me following my review calling me a liar saying “I wasn’t forced to use their service” and that they are going to sue me for placing the review, not the best customer care response. Mr Kay presented as highly experienced claiming many years of working in the court arena, my advice is to use a high street Solicitor for the correct information and professional service. Alternatively cut your losses as the chances of getting what is owed to you is most unlikely.
