I have requested a full or part refund based on incorrect information and document presentation which highlighted my concern to seek further advice in the first place, by then I had paid my fee. Obviously this has been declined as those in debt management know how the system works and having money returned regardless of the circumstance is a near impossibility. This is an online service making several claims, this does not guarantee a professional service and has only served to extend my financial dilemma. I feel my vulnerability was taken advantage of particularly now as Money Claims Help emailed me following my review calling me a liar saying “I wasn’t forced to use their service” and that they are going to sue me for placing the review, not the best customer care response. Mr Kay presented as highly experienced claiming many years of working in the court arena, my advice is to use a high street Solicitor for the correct information and professional service. Alternatively cut your losses as the chances of getting what is owed to you is most unlikely.
