Frustrating Experience

I have been trying to get customer service but have faced endless challenges. This has been ongoing for three months and is still unresolved. I anticipate the usual response of, "we're sorry to hear that, please contact customer services," but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After multiple attempts to make straightforward changes—adding a user, updating an account name, and closing an account—I have received no meaningful response. It's disheartening as a long-time customer to feel overlooked. Basic communication and reasonable turnaround times should be the norm, yet they seem lacking. I hope they address these issues, as the current level of responsiveness is unacceptable for a company in this sector. After two months, I finally received confirmation of my account cancellation, but I have since moved my transactions to other companies that resolved my issues in just a few days. I would recommend exploring alternatives for better service.
