I came across two members of your team who told me that Money Expert was offering a voucher to help reduce gas and electricity costs together. I clearly stated several times that under no circumstances did I want my energy provider to be changed, and they assured me that this would not be a problem.
However, when I got home and looked into it more carefully, I received an email from a new company working with Money Expert asking for my confirmation to switch providers. The email listed my current electricity and gas suppliers (which are two different companies), and below it showed a new combined gas and electricity provider.
Honestly, I don’t have words to describe how I felt. The workers I encountered on the street were misleading people and seemed to assume I would fall for it. It was a horrible experience.
Please do not instruct your workers to use the word “voucher,” as this is not accurate. Fortunately, I noticed in time and rejected the confirmation request.
