The salesperson and the person they phone don't hear. The figures given to me where wrong and not less than my provider, they got my address wrong even though I kept saying it a few times. Shame on them. How much commission do they get.
Spoke to Ben about switching my gas and electric. Knowledgeable, polite and reassuring. Secured a saving of £60 per month changing from Octopus flexible to a So Energy 12month fixed myrtle account. Now I just have to see if the switch goes smoothly (always a bit concerning)!
I will begin by mentioning that I was stopped in the middle of Ipswich, which is not an ideal setting for making a quick decision. I was misled into believing that the young representative was knowledgeable. It wasn't until I was almost done that I understood I had no option but to complete the process. I feel foolish and regretful. Now, I face the difficult challenge of undoing what has occurred.
I received a call from a representative who was incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything in detail and worked diligently to secure the best deal for my electricity. He was friendly, attentive, and considerate of my disabilities. It's refreshing to interact with someone who listens and offers excellent service without being pushy. While I did end up on a lower tariff for my energy bills, the required phone call to start the process was quite tedious and largely unnecessary. It seemed like the operator was just following a script. They kept talking about the new deal as if I was switching to a different supplier rather than just changing my tariff with the current one. They need to do more listening along with their speaking. In my view, the deal was already settled when I spoke to the representatives at my door. I hope this feedback is helpful.

I worked for the company and felt cheated. When I sought assistance, my concerns were disregarded. They seem supportive only when it comes to taking your money, but when questions about legitimacy arise, they become evasive. It's disheartening to see them taking advantage of representatives; the organization is aware of these issues. I strongly advise against engaging with them, as they are untrustworthy and dishonest.
