While I did end up on a lower tariff for my energy bills, the required phone call to start the process was quite tedious and largely unnecessary. It seemed like the operator was just following a script. They kept talking about the new deal as if I was switching to a different supplier rather than just changing my tariff with the current one. They need to do more listening along with their speaking. In my view, the deal was already settled when I spoke to the representatives at my door. I hope this feedback is helpful.
