Easy to set up an online account and get started, but actually sending a transfer internationally is another matter entirely. They block transfers to many different countries by default - including the Ukraine, despite advertising free transfers - then require you to contact them to try to resubmit. Doing so solves nothing, and just leads another default system block and some odd questions about what specifically the recipient will do with the money. I’ve sent dozens of transfers over the years but it’s just a pain now, not to mention invasive. Just use an app, crypto transfer or bank transfer.
