My experience with MoneyGram has been extremely disappointing. I used their service strictly to support fellow believers and ministers in need, yet an error on their end led to my account being deleted without a proper explanation. I was left unable to help the very people I was trying to support. After this incident, I chose to close my account permanently. When a company cannot take responsibility for its own mistakes and instead penalizes the customer, it becomes impossible to trust their service. This was unacceptable, and I will not be using MoneyGram again.
