I send the same amount every month, and the cost vary a little depending on exchange rates. But this month I noticed that the cost was visibly higher. So I compared the rate from the month before and it’s the exact same level so cost should be exactly the same. So you have given me a bad rate, almost 10 percent difference, for no reason at all except you want to take more of my money. I will not send any more money with your services because this makes me not trust you anymore.
