I’ve been using Moneyhub for well over a year. Twelve months ago, I would have given it a five-star rating. I was delighted with it. I’m afraid, however, that it has gone seriously downhill. Customer support is dreadful. I have been unable to sync with my most important account, Fidelity, for over a month. Reports to Customer Support either go unanswered or are met with a response along the lines of “We’re working on it.”It is so disappointing that a first-class app has now deteriorated to the point where I have decided not to renew my subscription. There are clearly serious problems within the management structure of Moneyhub. I wouldn’t advise anyone to subscribe to it. What a great pity.
