I started using moneyhub after money dashboard closed down, I found this gave the best tracking and customisation I required for my finance. Connections across a wide range of accounts and auto sync and tagging.When the free period ended I was happy to pay for the premium subscription to keep using this. Unfortunately about 1 month after taking out the premium options the app stopped updating and informed me that I only had a basic account. Checking on my google account showed a fully paid moneyhub subscription. Having submitted a support ticket I received an initial email asking for some further information, followed by no updates for the next 2 weeks. Follow up messages did not elicited a response. A holding message stating the issues has been logged and they are investigating would let me know that something is being done. Once I left a poor review on trust pilot I was contact by support first thing the next morning and then received several emails during the day as they were able to identify the root cause and correct it. I'm happy that the issue has been addressed now and I can use the service again, but the quality of a company can be often judged by how they deal with things that have gone wrong.
