The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I speak with someone, they say they understand the situation and assure me they will help, but no real solutions or options are ever provided. My money has been held for the past three weeks, and I still do not have access to my account. Because of this, I am unable to switch my direct deposit, which is creating serious financial stress. No one seems willing to take ownership of the issue or offer meaningful assistance. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
