Moneylion as terrible customer service and I wouldn't suggest anyone use there service. Everytime I put a request in for anything it never goes through I have to repeatedly contact them about the same thing before it happens. One representative tells you one thing the next something else and never use the chat bot it's the worst I've ever dealt with. Soon as my business with them is complete and my money is put back in my account I'll be closing my nightmare account with them.

This review serves as a formal complaint regarding MoneyLion’s handling of my RoarMoney account, transaction dispute, and earned WOW rewards.

In January 2026, I made purchases through a promotional offer within the MoneyLion WOW platform. After discovering the merchant appeared to be fraudulent, I promptly filed a dispute and followed MoneyLion’s explicit instructions to submit supporting evidence via email. I submitted the requested documentation multiple times but received no meaningful response, and my evidence does not appear to have been properly reviewed.

On February 27, 2026, my RoarMoney account was closed without prior notice or explanation. This action also immediately removed my access to my MoneyLion WOW membership and over $1,000 in earned and pending rewards. I was not provided a reason for the closure, nor was I given an opportunity to appeal or recover my earned rewards.

Multiple support representatives were unable to explain the reason for the closure, confirm the status of my rewards, or escalate the matter appropriately. This lack of transparency and failure to properly address a dispute and account closure raises serious concerns about account handling and consumer protections.

I am requesting:
• A clear explanation for the account closure
• A proper review of my dispute with the evidence I submitted
• Clarification and restoration of my earned WOW rewards

I hope MoneyLion’s escalation or compliance team will review this matter and provide a transparent and fair resolution.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I speak with someone, they say they understand the situation and assure me they will help, but no real solutions or options are ever provided. My money has been held for the past three weeks, and I still do not have access to my account. Because of this, I am unable to switch my direct deposit, which is creating serious financial stress. No one seems willing to take ownership of the issue or offer meaningful assistance. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

I'm glad I was introduced this community. Now I don't have any condemnation; knowing there are others out there that need help financially from time to time. And becoming more educated about how to get out of debt and stay out of debt. Avoiding the pitfalls through delayed gratification.
No one should have to be a slave to their lender.

App malfunction after loan payment

I took out a credit builder loan, but after paying off $955 of the $1000, the app stopped functioning. This prevented me from completing the loan repayment and receiving the $855 owed to me. I reached out to the support team over ten times, but the issue remains unresolved. I advise avoiding this app.
