Apparently I misentered my social security number. But they will not allow me to see my personal information or where it went wrong so I can fix it. They just say that I am not eligible for an account with them. They are basically withholding my personal information from me. I mean, they say I misentered that number, but did i? If I can't see it I don't know. I just keep getting there's not a person you can talk to about this this is just what the system says. How do I know if my information is correct or incorrect and what they're actually using if they won't let me see it.
