Truly the best available option if you have unmanageable debt. I researched many options when I realized that I needed to get my debt under control, and MMI has been amazing for me. I have a monthly payment that I can make work with my budget and lowered interest rates that mean I'll be done paying everything off within a few years. Customer service has always been responsive and available to me, and I think that the monthly fee for service is more than fair given that they're a nonprofit and obviously need to be able to pay their staff in order to provide these services. There have never been any hidden fees, fee increases, nothing that would make me worry about trusting them with my finances. Will absolutely recommend MMI to anyone in need of services like these in the future!
